Beach View opened in 2008 as a 36-unit hotel on three acres of landscaped gardens in Paynes Bay. Today, the condominiums surround two large pools, one children’s and the other adult, with very spacious decks. In 2018, Beach View expanded and added 19 brand new units, set on two acres of land, connecting to the original Beach View. The new development also includes a large reception area, an open-air restaurant, a small gym and a spa.
